economically deprived and marginalized are enabled with information knowledge and
skills, is the main function of a Social Organization. It looks at people not as an Object but
as a Subject who has same feelings, needs and concerns. So, the process of community
development begins with sensitization of the target community on critical issues that
keep them suppressed in life.
